Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If it’s been more than 14 days since your order was delivered, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund or exchange.
Before you return a product, send us an email at info@titaniumpyramids.com, and we will let you know what address to send it to.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an unwated item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us or send the item within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery and the item must be in perfect condition, undamaged, and in the original protective packaging. In case the item is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the costs for a repair.
Titanium pyramids are made from forged blanks. During the forging process, due to the compaction of the material, there may be small local changes in the homogeneity of the grain size of the material, which can then be manifested on the final surface by a slightly different shade of the given place compared to the rest of the surface. However, this has no effect on the quality (absolute purity) of titanium, which is defined and guaranteed by an independent material certificate of the manufacturer.
During the production process of the titanium pyramids, mass production was rejected and therefore all titanium pyramids are produced as completely individual pieces. This philosophy and approach can cause the fact that, especially during the manual processing of the surface of the pyramids, the client may notice slight differences when comparing two identical pyramids, which, however, have no effect on the functionality, and on the contrary create the phenomenon of the uniqueness of the product.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you once your refund is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@titaniumpyramids.com
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@titaniumpyramids.com, and we will let you know what address to send the item to.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
